At Eunike, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care put into each handmade product.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
